 We welcome you to email or call and set-up a time to come out and see our place. We'll give you a tour and answer any questions on the process of moving in, pricing, etc.

To pre-register please read our Pre-admission checklist and download the Application for Reservation, fill out & email it to countrysidemanorconroe@gmail.com OR call/email to set-up an appointment to discuss possible admission and come by for a tour of our beautiful newly constructed facility.

We NOW provide a twin bed, bedding, nightstand, chair, 42” TV, and a closet/armoire for our  Residents.  Bring personal effects are highly recommended to provide that special touch. Upon  admission, we’ll  give you  a complete list of  necessary items to bring & we look forward to  welcoming our new  Resident!
