Health Providers
At Countryside Manor Assisted Living, one of our goals is to relieve stress for our Residents and their families. We now have a doctor and physician’s assistant who can make home visits at Countryside Manor. Bringing their expertise and care to our Residents by appointment will relieve the stress of leaving for a day long clinic visit. Home Health and Hospice come to our communities, so Residents have access to therapists, nurses, & chaplains without leaving the community.

Countryside Manor Assisted Living is designed to feel like a home. We want our residents to be comfortable & able to enjoy their time here. We have only 12 residents so we can offer a personal touch, form relationships with one another & be a support system for each other.

We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs. Our price is all inclusive without worry about levels of care. Our staff is specifically trained throughout the year to provide the best care possible. Some other senior living homes can be large and overwhelming, that's why we keep it small and personal.
